We offer prospective clients the opportunity to meet with us at no charge for a 20-minute telephone session. This will allow you to decide whether coaching is right for you.  Send us an e-mail laura@barcoach.com or phone us at (949) 689-5432 to set up an appointment.

After your complimentary session our services are available in 3 different options. All sessions are 45-50 minutes in length and can be used at the convenience of both client and coach.
